At Mimo, Francesca shares the warmth of her culture through authentic pastries, signature coffee creations, and a welcoming atmosphere that feels like home. For her, every cup and every bite carry a little piece of Argentina.

Elijah studied pastry arts in Italy, where he first met Francesca. After two years, he continues to fill the café with the scent of freshly baked goods and a touch of European and Argentinian tradition.
